EPEX spot comparison

A local dashboard for your quarter-hour energy profile. It derives the date range from the active CSV, fetches Austria EPEX day-ahead prices through a local CSV cache, applies VAT to the raw exchange price, and compares spot pricing against an editable fixed tariff.

If the browser blocks the live request, paste aWATTar JSON here. The API returns marketprice in EUR/MWh, which this dashboard converts to ct/kWh and grosses up with the VAT input.

Source for live prices: aWATTar Austria API, documented as EPEX Spot exchange prices with JSON fields start_timestamp, end_timestamp, and marketprice in EUR/MWh. When served through energy_dashboard_server.py, API responses are cached under epex_price_cache/ as CSV files and reused for the same date range.
